Service for the life of your pool
Pressure Testing
Every plumbing line is isolated and pressurized to confirm it holds before concrete is poured, before backfill, and whenever a leak is suspected. It's the single most reliable way to prove a system is sound — and we document every test.
Leak Detection
Water loss in the mountains is rarely obvious. We use pressure testing, dye testing, and electronic listening equipment to locate leaks in shells, lines, lights, and fittings — then repair only what's needed, without tearing up what isn't.
Route Service
Scheduled weekly or bi-weekly maintenance by our own technicians: water chemistry, cleaning, equipment checks, and seasonal adjustments for altitude and freeze conditions.
Technical Service & Repair
Heaters, pumps, automation, lighting, and controls diagnosed and repaired by factory-trained technicians who know mountain installations.
Openings & Winterization
Proper start-up and freeze protection are critical above 8,000 feet. We handle both, so your system is protected all season.
Free Water Analysis
Bring a sample to our Vail or Frisco showroom for an in-store analysis and clear recommendations.
Leaks & Pressure Tests
What a leak really means — and how we find it
Some water loss is normal: evaporation at altitude, with dry air and wind, can easily drop a pool by a quarter inch a day. A true leak usually shows as steady loss beyond that, wet spots around equipment, or cracks and settling near the deck.
A simple bucket test tells you which one you have. If loss is still unexplained, we pressure test.
- 1Isolate each line — suction, return, cleaner, and spa
- 2Pressurize and hold, watching for any drop
- 3Locate the failure with dye and acoustic equipment
- 4Repair precisely, then re-test to confirm
- 5Document the results for your records
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel in the pool environment
Stainless steel pools and spas are prefabricated to exact tolerances, don't crack with freeze-thaw cycles, and resist the ground movement common in the mountains. They install quickly — a real advantage with short building seasons.
We also use marine-grade stainless for edges, overflow channels, fittings and railings where durability and a clean architectural line matter most.
