MCPS Construction is the construction division of Maximum Comfort Pool & Spa. Led by Michael Charles's more than four decades of mountain pool and spa experience, our work brings together design, construction, equipment and ongoing care.
Rock, shifting ground, restricted access and changing weather make every mountain property different. We plan for the site, select top-grade materials and equipment, and consider future maintenance from the beginning—not only how the finished pool looks.
Our broader company also retails portable spas and supports homeowners, property managers and resorts through maintenance and technical repairs. Your construction project is the start of an ongoing relationship with a local team.

All construction work is estimated and performed on a Time & Materials basis, rather than a fixed-price bid. Actual site conditions and approved scope guide the work.
