The equipment room is the working heart of a pool or spa. Clear access, organized plumbing and planned isolation points help technicians diagnose issues and change equipment without unnecessary disruption.
A nearby vault can reduce the length of pipe chases between the vessel and equipment. In shifting mountain ground, shorter routes can reduce exposure to difficult-to-access pipe repairs. Drainage, access, ventilation and the site's engineering still determine whether a vault is appropriate.

Heating & circulation
Heat exchangers and variable-speed pumps are sized for vessel demand and mountain conditions. Equipment selection and operating settings determine actual recovery and energy use.
Filtration & sanitation
Cartridge filtration, chlorine feeders, salt chlorine generation and Clear Comfort AOP are considered as part of the specified system. Supplemental treatment does not replace required sanitizer levels.
Control & protection
Pentair IntelliCenter controls and Jandy Levelor autofill are among the systems described in our equipment notes. Temperature monitoring and corrosion protection are coordinated with the installation.
