Our Process
From the first conversation to the first swim, everything stays in-house — design, engineering, construction and service.
Start Your ProjectHow We Build
From vision to completion
01Vision
We walk the site with you, understand how you want to live outdoors, and study the architecture, views, and terrain.
02Design & Permitting
Engineering, drawings, and material selections are finalized, and we manage permits and HOA or design-review approvals.
03Build
Excavation, steel, plumbing and shell — every line pressure tested before it's covered.
04Systems
Heating, filtration, automation and lighting sized for altitude and installed by our own team.
05Finishing
Tile, coping, and interior finishes such as Diamond Brite, Durazzo and River Rok, chosen for durability in the mountain climate.
06Completion
Start-up, water balance, and a full walkthrough — then ongoing service from the same people who built it.
Plan for the mountain site
Access, ground conditions, vessel structure and equipment location guide the construction plan. MCPS coordinates the site requirements before moving into excavation, shell work and systems installation.
Think beyond the first swim
Pipe routes, isolation points and maintenance access are planned alongside tile, coping and interior finishes. Start-up and ongoing care help protect the completed work.

Revive. Elevate. Endure.
Many mountain pools were built decades ago. We bring them up to today's standards — new interior finishes, tile and coping, energy-efficient heating, automation, LED lighting, and plumbing repairs — often reusing the sound structure you already have.
- Resurfacing & interior finishes
- Tile, coping & deck upgrades
- Equipment & automation modernization
- Leak repair and re-plumbing
- Adding spas, water features & fire elements
How We Bill
Why we work strictly Time & Materials
Mountain construction can reveal rock, water and soil conditions that are not visible at the outset. MCPS provides estimates, not fixed-price bids, and all construction work is performed on a Time & Materials basis.
We do it differently. You receive a detailed estimate up front, then pay only for the actual labor and materials your project uses. Changes to the agreed scope must be authorized in writing.
